Futures Without Violence's programs, policy development, and public action campaigns are designed to prevent and end violence against women and children around the world in areas such as (but not limited to):

- Bullying
- Sexual assault
- Human trafficking
- Workplace safety and equity

In an effort to transform social norms, they train professionals such as doctors, nurses, judges, and athletic coaches on improving responses to violence and abuse. The HOME Team is a partnership between Nevada County, Hospitality House, Turning Point Community Programs and AMI Housing.
