The Placer County Public Health Division provides Public Health Nursing services for women, children, older adults, and people with mental or physical health needs. 

Services are delivered by registered nurses with additional training in community and public health. Nurses offer in-home care, health education, and preventive support.

• Monthly WIC benefits card to buy healthy foods like milk, juice, eggs, cheese, cereal, beans, fruits, vegetables, and peanut butter
• Nutrition and health education
• Breastfeeding support, supplies, and education
• Referrals to healthcare and other community services
