Girls on the Run - Sierras inspires girls to be healthy and confident by using an experience-based curriculum which integrates running.
Girls on the Run combines training for a 5K (3.1 miles) fun run with healthy living education. Their programs instill self-esteem and strong values through health education, life skills development, mentoring relationships, and physical training - all of which are accomplished through an active collaboration with girls and their parents, schools, volunteers, staff, and the community.

There are 3 different types of GSAs—all of which can directly impact LGBTQ+ youth: Social, Support, and Activist. Every GSA can create its own mission and goals to meet the needs of its members and the unique climate of their school.

BRIGHT FUTURES FOR YOUTH #70210107
NEO offers a fun, safe, and supervised place for youth and young adults, ages 11-18, to spend their time after school, build friendships, learn new skills, and discover their passions. Several hundred youth participate in NEO every year. NEO provides leadership opportunities, summer programs, music events, and in-school activities. Some events will have age limits, check the website for details.
