Project HEART Group Meetings create a safe, structured environment where men and women can talk openly, learn from others, and feel supported without judgment. These weekly gatherings help participants move from isolation to connection; building relationships rooted in honesty, encouragement, and shared experience. Over time, the group becomes a reliable support system that strengthens confidence and emotional stability.

Project Heart's meetings combine conversation based support, peer mentoring, and reflective journaling to help participants recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Members learn tools for managing stress, handling conflict, and responding to life’s challenges with clarity instead of overwhelm.
