Welcome Home Vets provides individual therapy for veterans and their families and support group meetings. WHV contracts with local psychologists who are knowledgeable in both psychotherapy and military culture.

WHV also provides advocacy for veterans and their families by working to increase community awareness of the problem of military-related psychological trauma and its effects on the veteran, the family, and the community.

The Achieve Tahoe Program provides year-round adaptive sports and recreation programs for children and adults with physical, sensory, or intellectual disabilities.
