WIC is a nutrition program that helps pregnant women, new mothers, and young children under age five eat well, be active, and stay healthy.
What Does WIC Offer Families?
- WIC benefits card to buy healthy foods such as milk, juice, eggs, cheese, cereal, dry beans, fresh fruits and vegetables, and peanut butter
- Nutrition and health education to help you and your family eat well and be active
- Provide breastfeeding support, services, and education
- Help you find health care and other community services
