The goal of the UC CalFresh Nutrition Education Program is to offer CalFresh recipients and those eligible for CalFresh quality nutrition education geared toward promoting greater self-sufficiency. Classes and mini-workshops help participants improve their cooking, shopping, and money management skills, so they can stretch their financial resources and improve their eating habits.
