Hold Onto Hope provides free, virtual suicide‑loss support workshops for individuals who have lost someone to suicide or want to support a suicide‑loss survivor. The program offers education on suicide grief, stigma, myths, emotional processing, and survivor needs. Sessions include guided journaling and a resource list. Workshops are open to all ages and available nationwide.
