Let's Talk Nevada County
Let’s Talk Nevada County is a campaign to promote awareness of wellness strategies and resources and encourage conversations about how we’re feeling during times of stress. It was started during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The goal is to build resiliency within our community, and to remind everyone that self-care is critical, as is connection with our natural networks of support.  When we need more support than our friends and family are able to provide us, professional helping services are available too. It’s ok not to be ok all the time.
