If you are affected by a disaster you may be eligible to receive replacement benefits for food bought with CalFresh that was lost as a result of that disaster. Replacement must be requested within 10 DAYS of the disaster.

New to CalFresh?
If you are not a CalFresh recipient and were affected by a disaster, you may apply to see if you meet the household eligibility requirements for CalFresh.

Housing Choice Voucher program is a part of Human Services, one of six Divisions of County of Placer Health & Human Services.

The Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) formerly known as the Section 8 Voucher Program, is a rental assistance program to help low and very low-income families, persons with disabilities, and seniors so they can live in affordable, safe, and decent housing. This program covers all of Placer County with the exception of the City of Roseville. The City of Roseville has its own Housing Authority.

This is a public health insurance program which provides needed health care services for low-income individuals including families with children, seniors, persons with disabilities, foster care, pregnant women, and low income people with specific diseases such as tuberculosis, breast cancer, or HIV/AIDS.

Medi-Cal offers medical, dental, vision and mental health care to eligible individuals and families at little or no cost. If you are ineligible to Medi-Cal, affordable insurance plans are available through the health benefits exchange, Covered California, during their November through December open enrollment.

Same day and advanced appointments are available for primary care. This provider may not have room for new Medi-Cal patients, or may see only established patients.
