ClearCaptions is a call captioning service that provides near real-time display of a caller’s words during phone conversations so people with hearing disabilities can both see and hear what callers are saying.
Similar to captioned television, ClearCaptions allows people to see the words callers say on a screen using a home phone or mobile device app.
This captioning service is provided by ClearCaptions and paid for through a program managed by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). There is no cost to qualified individuals. Sign up here: https://clearcaptions.com/sign-me-up/

ClearCaptions is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certified call captioning provider. Our service is made possible by Title IV of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which established the Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) fund. The TRS fund covers the cost of the service, making it available at no cost to qualified individuals whose hearing loss requires the use of captions when making or receiving phone calls.
