PRIDE Industries' youth services program helps youth with disabilities and those exiting foster care prepare for an independent adult life. These youth are often already at a disadvantage, and through this program, PRIDE provides individualized services and a mentoring relationship to help each individual address their unique educational and employment needs. Services include paid work experience, soft skills employment training, tutoring, employment placement assistance, and job coaching.
