Formerly known as Tahoe SAFE Alliance, Sierra Community House’s Crisis Intervention is dedicated to serving victims of intimate partner / domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse. All services are free and available in multiple languages. NAMI Nevada County (National Alliance for Mental Illness) is a grassroots, family, and consumer self-help support and advocacy organization dedicated to improving the lives of people with severe mental illnesses such as:

Steri-Clean offers an anonymous online hoarding support group. The group is completely anonymous and is open to hoarders, family members of hoarders, therapists, and anyone else who works with hoarders.

Steri-Clean also offers a message board and chat room.

Hold Onto Hope provides free, virtual suicide‑loss support workshops for individuals who have lost someone to suicide or want to support a suicide‑loss survivor. The program offers education on suicide grief, stigma, myths, emotional processing, and survivor needs. Sessions include guided journaling and a resource list. Workshops are open to all ages and available nationwide.
