The Foxen/JeT Airport Shuttle serves Western Nevada County with shuttle service to Sacramento Airport, Oakland Airport, and San Francisco International Airport. Rides to medical appointments may be considered if they do not conflict with regular shuttle runs. This a shuttle service and not a taxi cab and they book up far in advance.

They offer door to door ambulatory and transferable wheel chair service (they do not do electric scooters or wheel chairs).

Medi-Cal offers transportation to and from appointments for services covered by Medi-Cal. This includes transportation to medical, dental, mental health, or substance use disorder appointments, and to pick up prescriptions and medical supplies.

Management of transportation operations is in-house at Partnership HealthPlan of California, the managed care provider for Nevada and Placer Counties.

Angel Flight West delivers health and hope using donated flights to serve those with healthcare or other compelling human needs. In the air, Angel Flight West links volunteer pilots and commercial airlines with people whose non-emergency health needs require long-distance travel to access care. On the ground, volunteer drivers ferry passengers to and from their departure and destination airports.
