Project HEART Group Meetings create a safe, structured environment where men and women can talk openly, learn from others, and feel supported without judgment. These weekly gatherings help participants move from isolation to connection; building relationships rooted in honesty, encouragement, and shared experience. Over time, the group becomes a reliable support system that strengthens confidence and emotional stability.

Project Heart's meetings combine conversation based support, peer mentoring, and reflective journaling to help participants recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Members learn tools for managing stress, handling conflict, and responding to life’s challenges with clarity instead of overwhelm. This approach helps individuals replace negative thought cycles with healthier thinking, stronger choices, and practical problem solving skills.

Group meetings also offer a consistent place to reset, refocus, and keep moving forward. Many participants describe them…

Peer mentorship gives Project HEART members the opportunity to connect one-on-one with someone who understands their journey firsthand. These meetings are relaxed, personal, and focused on support; offering encouragement, perspective, and practical guidance outside of a group setting. Mentorship strengthens trust and provides a steady connection that helps members stay focused and supported.

Unlike traditional counseling, peer mentorship is built on shared experience and mutual respect. Mentors help members set goals, navigate difficult situations, and build confidence through consistent check-ins and real conversation. This kind of relationship can be especially powerful during high stress seasons; when someone needs immediate encouragement, help thinking clearly, or simply a safe person to talk to.

Peer mentorship helps transform participation into belonging. Over time, members feel more connected to the Project HEART community and more confident in their ability to manage life’…
