Victor Community Support Services offers programs providing a wide variety of mental health and social support services to children, youth, young adults, and families.

Victor partners with behavioral health, child welfare, schools, and juvenile justice departments across California. To receive services, people must be referred by Nevada County Children's Behavioral Health or Child Welfare Services. Referrals from schools or the probation department must be funneled through behavioral health or child welfare.

Eligibility for Placer Children's mental health services includes full scope Medi-Cal beneficiaries, and County Medical Services Program (CMSP) beneficiaries with low or no share of cost.
