Offers a residential care facility for seniors. Provides independent living cottages, independent and assisted living apartments, and a special care unit for seniors with memory loss, dementia or Alzheimer's Disease.

Provides units for senior independent living, where residents enjoy the benefits of being in their own place but with access to a full range of services, amenities, and activities. Offers a choice of private suites, ranging from small or large studios to one and two bedrooms or bedroom and den. All have a kitchenette, and a large bathroom with walk-in shower.

Provides an assisted living residential care facility for ages 60 and older. Offers individualized “Resident Plan of Care” and regular observations for changes in physical, mental, emotional and social functioning, with input from geriatric professionals. 24-hour care and supervision promotes individual independence. Families are encouraged to participate as often as possible.

CarePatrol is a free senior housing placement service that helps families find independent living, assisted living, memory care and in-home care options.

CarePatrol assesses client’s care level needs, financial needs and general preferred locations to recommend the best and safest care options.

CarePatrol’s nationally certified senior care advisors review each community’s care history and state violations in order to recommend the safest options for assisted living for seniors.

CarePatrol also helps veterans and their spouses get aid and funding for assisted living. Though CarePatrol‘s office is located in Auburn, CarePatrol services seniors all over Placer County and is responsible for traveling to a location convenient for the senior being served.

Provides nursing, Alzheimer's and inpatient therapy services at a residential facility in Citrus Heights.

Long Term Care Ombudsman Services Investigate and work to resolve complaints made by, or on behalf of, individual residents in long-term care facilities. Aforementioned facilities include:

• Nursing homes
• Residential care facilities for the elderly
• Assisted living facilities

All Ombudsman services are provided for free and all complaints are confidential. Long-Term Care Ombudsman representatives assist with issues related to day-to-day care, health, safety, and personal preferences. Problems can include, but are not limited to:

• Dietary concerns
• Improper transfer or discharge of a resident
• Inappropriate use of chemical or physical restraints
• Medicare and Medi-Cal benefit issues
• Medical care, therapy, and rehabilitation issues
• Physical, verbal, mental, or financial abuse
• Poor quality of care
• Violation of residents' rights or dignity
