The City of Roseville offers free consultations with an H2O expert to H2O expert analyze your water use and provide you with water savings tips and devices free of charge.

- Check toilets and other plumbing fixtures for leaks.
- Help develop proper and efficient water irrigation schedules.
- Provide free water-saving devices, brochures and any current rebate information to help reduce water use.
- Assess irrigation sprinkler uniformity and water runoff characteristics.
- Analyze irrigation and drainage systems and provide maintenance, repair or replacement recommendations.
- Check meter reading and water pressure (if relevant).
- Pressure check exterior plumbing for leaks.

Cecil Construction is a member of the nonprofit Nevada County Contractors' Association.

ENERGY SAVINGS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - PG&E

The PG&E Energy Savings Assistance Program provides qualified customers with energy-saving improvements at no charge. Utility-approved contractors work with low-income customers to make their homes more energy efficient. Improvements can include replacing a refrigerator, repairing or replacing a furnace or water heater*, installing insulation, weatherproofing/weatherization, energy-efficient light bulbs, and more.

*Furnace and water heater repair or replacement may be available to eligible homeowners if PG&E determines that existing natural gas units are inoperable or unsafe.

Participants can be renters or owners and must live in a house, mobile home or apartment that is at least five years old. Income must meet the guidelines which are the same as those for CARE, the California Alternative Rates for Energy Program. This resource is eligible for electronic referral. Organizes volunteers to make minor home repairs or modifications which are health or safety related including installation of grab bars and hand rails, repair or replacement of electrical fixtures and leaking drains, help with ramps, and minor repairs to entry steps and porches. Modifications support people with disabilities, including seniors, so that they may continue to live in their own homes. 

This program is offered at our Main Office site in Grass Vallely AND at our Branch Office site in Yuba City.
