Chapa-De offers free COVID-19 vaccines and boosters to patients established in any Chapa-De Department and to all American Indian community members age 5 and over.

We have all three types of vaccines and boosters; Moderna, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson

A vaccine appointment is required for ages 5-11 to receive a COVID vaccine.

COVID-19 vaccines and boosters are available by appointment or on a walk-in basis to ages 12 and over. Walk-in, no appointment necessary Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM (excluding holidays).

Chapa-De has in-house pharmacies at both of our health centers (Locations; Auburn, Grass Valley). Chape-De is able to provide patients with many reduced-cost medications.

• Straight Medi-Cal
• Medicare Part D
• Some private insurance plans
• Cash prices and deductibles are also available

New prescriptions are filled while-you-wait, and refills are available within three business days of a request. We now offer convenient mail order service so your medications can be delivered to your mailbox. We also offer home delivery to patients in Auburn.

Offers flu shots, including senior flu shots for people 65 or older. Call to schedule.

Offers a fully accredited, non-profit, mail order pharmacy. All medications are FDA approved and supplied directly by the pharmaceutical companies that manufacture them. Provides transparent and affordable medication prices. Participants must be at or below 400% of the Federal poverty Level; no supporting financial documentation is required.
