Code Enforcement addresses nuisances and safety issues that pose a threat to the health, safety and well being of residents and guests of the Town of Loomis. The Code Enforcement officer responds to complaints, investigates violations and obtains compliance of the Loomis Municipal Code, ensuring conditions which pose a negative impact on a neighborhood are adequately addressed to improve the quality of life and environment for those who live and work in the Town.

The Code Enforcement Program inspects and investigates complaints from citizens of the City of Rocklin. Upon receipt of a complaint, a Code Enforcement Officer will conduct a site visit to investigate the reported violation. This is a public health insurance program which provides needed health care services for low-income individuals including families with children, seniors, persons with disabilities, foster care, pregnant people, and low income people with specific diseases such as tuberculosis, breast cancer, or HIV/AIDS.

Medi-Cal is free or low-cost for California residents who meet eligibility requirements. Medi-Cal considers income, but there is no asset limit (bank accounts, cash, property, vehicles).
