The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 is the name of the whole bill that was passed by congress and signed by the president in December 2020. The bill includes nearly $900 billion dollar stimulus relief for the COVID-19 pandemic. Pandemic relief is mixed in with many other appropriations. The bill is about 6,000 pages long.
