Placer County Law Enforcement Chaplaincy serves both the members of Law Enforcement and their families, and works through Law Enforcement to act as victims advocates to the citizens of Placer County.

The Mission of the Placer Law Enforcement Chaplaincy is "To provide spiritual, emotional, and mental support to the Law Enforcement Community, their families, and the citizens of Placer County."

Our Mission is achieved through:

  1. Providing expertise in counseling on issues unique to law enforcement personnel
  2. Specialization in trauma and crisis intervention
  3. The conducting of crisis counseling in the field
  4. Demonstrating excellence in delivering care and comfort to both law enforcement and the community

Opening Doors, Inc helps underserved members of the Greater Sacramento Area access opportunities within the US social and economic system. Their programs help those escaping human trafficking and newly arrived refugees to start safe and healthy lives. They provide low-cost immigration legal services, financial education classes, and small business support programs.

They do this with a multi-cultural staff and volunteers who respect the cultural identities and individual goals of their clients.
