Chapa-De Indian Health provides prenatal care services at both their Auburn and Grass Valley Health Centers.

Services include:

  • Check-ups at least once monthly until the 34th week of a pregnancy
  • Routine and specialized tests to check the health of the individual and the baby
  • Classes and one-on-one information about pregnancy, child birth, baby care, and breastfeeding
  • Referrals to community agencies that can provide additional help and services
  • Information about where to go for financial help, health insurance, or food programs and/or pantries, as well as assistance in addiction recovery and nutritional planning
