Know Overdose Nevada County promotes harm reduction and overdose prevention through public education and local access to free naloxone (Narcan) and fentanyl test strips.

Free naloxone and fentanyl test strips are available through participating organizations and outreach efforts. Many local pharmacies also carry naloxone for purchase without a prescription.
