For more than 25 years, the Community Collaborative of Tahoe Truckee (CCTT) has worked to improve our community’s health, education, and safety. Now, more people are fed, sheltered, and connected with the help they need.

CCTT's vision is to create a safe, healthy, and enriching environment for children, youth, and families. Truckee Donner Public Utility District provides electric and water utility services for the greater Truckee area. 

The district also promotes energy and water conservation and maintains infrastructure for long-term community sustainability.

Services include:

• Electric service delivery (powered by transmission from NV Energy)
• Water service for residential and commercial customers
• Utility account management through the My Account portal
• Customer support for service connection, disconnection, and billing
• Water and energy conservation tips, rebate programs, and usage resources

Truckee Donner Public Utility District provides outage updates and preparedness information for electric service disruptions, including Public Safety Outage Management (PSOM) events.

TDPUD does not generate electricity locally and depends on NV Energy for transmission.

Services include:

• Public outage map with real-time updates
• Public Safety Outage Management (PSOM) notifications and preparedness tools
• 24/7 phone line for electric or water service issues
• Service area map for electric utility coverage
• Email alerts for non-customers and contact update tools for TDPUD account holders
