Public Health (PH) Nurses are Registered Nurses who have additional training and certification to work in the community and the field of Public Health. Our goal is to meet preventive health needs of families and individuals, and promote positive health behavior. Our nurses offer in-home care to new parents, children, and the elderly.

If you or someone you know could benefit from Public Health Nursing assistance, start by submitting a Public Health Nursing Referral Form (PDF) to our office. Once received, our nurses contact the referred individual to offer services.

WIC is a nutrition program that helps pregnant women, new mothers, and young children under age five eat well, be active, and stay healthy.

What Does WIC Offer Families?
