Post-COVID-19 Clinic provides one place where patients can get answers to their questions and potentially start on a treatment plan. Post-COVID-19 Clinic patients must have previously been diagnosed with COVID-19 and provide medical documentation of a positive COVID-19 lab test (home test results not accepted).
