Turning Point Community Programs provide a variety of mental health services for people with psychiatric disabilities to help them achieve recovery, independence, and self-sufficiency.
Coloma Center is an intensive outpatient mental health treatment program that provides psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services for Transitional Age Youth (16-25) and adults (26+) living with serious mental illness. The goal of Coloma Center is to assist people with maintaining their highest level of independence while living safely in the community.
Referrals can be made directly to Coloma Center by calling 916-786-3750 and asking for an Assessment Coordinator.
