Capitol Pro Bono provides free legal advice and assistance to eligible, low-income people in Northern California through the use of volunteers donating pro bono assistance, and by educating clients about the law to increase their knowledge and self-sufficiency.

Coverage in Northern California:

• Sacramento, Yolo and Placer county provides all services.
• Other counties aside from Sacramento, Yolo and Placer provides limited services (expungement, debt and employment services).
