Second Street Campsite provides a designated outdoor campsite for individuals experiencing homelessness in Sutter County. Participants must check in at 5:00 PM and remain within the campsite area overnight. All belongings must be packed and removed by 8:00 AM daily. The Sutter Yuba Behavioral Health HEART (Homeless Engagement and Resolution Team) conducts regular outreach at the site to offer support, assessments, and referrals to additional services including mental health care, substance‑use treatment, and housing resources.
