Clinic on Wheels (C.O.W.) is a mobile medical unit operated by Harmony Health that brings healthcare services directly to rural and underserved communities in Yuba and Nevada Counties. The mobile clinic provides walk‑in access to essential medical care, reducing transportation barriers for individuals and families.

Services vary by site but may include:

• Acute and chronic medical care

• CHDP exams / physicals

• Prenatal care

• Women’s health services

• Behavioral health support

• Health screenings

The C.O.W. rotates between multiple rural sites:

• 1st & 3rd Tuesdays:

North San Juan Family Resource Center — 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM

• 2nd & 4th Tuesdays:

North San Juan Community Center — 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM

• 2nd & 4th Fridays:

Camptonville Community Center — 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM
