Elica Health Centers’ Resource Center provides health and wellness services to people in Sacramento County, with a focus on CalWORKs and CalFresh recipients. 

Services are available regardless of income, insurance, or immigration status.

Services include:

• Primary medical care for adults and children
• Behavioral health screenings and counseling
• Support with CalWORKs participation and goals
• Assistance with health-related transportation
• Health education and wellness activities
• Community resource navigation

Additional notes:

Spanish-speaking staff are available. Walk-ins are accepted, but appointments are encouraged.
