Broadband for All offers resources that work to give all Californians access to high-speed internet and affordable service and devices. Their website offers tools and information for both residents and agencies.

For residents:

Affordable Service Program Finder

On the Affordable Service Programs webpage, users can locate programs in their area that offer low-cost internet service, computer offers, and general digital skills training by:

1. Entering their zip code in the space provided

2. Checking the condition boxes that apply to their household

3. Clicking the "Find offers" button to populate search results

For agencies:

Funding Opportunities Webpage

On the Funding Opportunities webpage, users can enter their information (agency type and desired funding type) to search for available state and federal broadband funding programs.

California Advanced Services Fund (CASF) Eligibility Locator

The California Interactive Broadband Map provides information on funding eligibility by location for agencies that have applied, or are looking to apply, for a CASF infrastructure grant.

To determine eligibility for the CASF infrastructure grant:

  • Go to https://www.broadbandmap.ca.gov/
  • Select the “Layers" dropdown tab
  • Click the "CASF Infrastructure Account Eligibility" box (so that the box is made blue) to enable the layer
  • See the displayed red and yellow markers:
    • Each marker represents a residential broadband serviceable location.
    • Yellow-marked locations are considered “Eligible."
      • “Eligible” unserved locations only have access to broadband at speeds between 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.
    • Red-marked locations are considered “Priority Eligible.”
      • “Priority Eligible” unserved locations only have access to speeds less than 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload or no access to broadband at all.
