PaintCare Inc. offers paint drop-off sites for households and businesses to legally dispose of unwanted or leftover paint.

How it works:

• Find a drop-off site using PaintCare's website Drop-off Site Locator
• Prepare unwanted paint, stains, and other accepted PaintCare products by making sure that lids are secured, no containers are leaking, and paint is in its original container (no larger than 5 gallons in size) with the original manufacturer label. Do not mix paints together or drop off empty paint cans.
• Pack paint cans in a sturdy cardboard box and bring them to the site.

Call sites in advance to confirm their hours and availability. Drop-off sites cannot accept open or leaking cans.
