Note:

​211 cannot refer someone to Sun Rose Apartments; instead, a person must be referred by their AMIH case manager when the waitlist is open.

AMI Housing, Inc. (AMIH) operates Sun Rose Apartments, which are studio apartments with full kitchens and private bathrooms, ADA units and hearing-impaired units.

The apartments include:

• Studio sizes of 350 sq-500 sq. ft. and can accommodate 2 possibly 3 person households (small child and 2 parents).

Eligibility requirements
Individual or household must be Placer County residents, experiencing homelessness, and very low income. People must complete a Coordinated Entry intake through 211. Sun Rose Apartments does NOT have a requirement for a mental health diagnosis. AMI Housing's Sun Rose Apartments program does not accept 290 sex registrants.
