ROSEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY
PROGRAM INACTIVE IN DB BECAUSE APPLICATIONS ARE CLOSED.
---------------------------------------
The Roseville Housing Authority’s online waiting list for Project Based Vouchers closed at noon, Friday, March 22, 2024 due to an overwhelming volume of applications. Waiting list was open Mon 3/11-Fri 3/22, 2024.
---------------------------------------
The Project Based Voucher (PBV) Program, funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, provides monthly rental subsidy to qualified, very low-income households to help reduce their rent payments. This is not an emergency housing assistance program. There is limited assistance available and there is a waiting list.
How are project-based vouchers different from Housing Choice Vouchers? Project-Based Vouchers (PBV) are only issued to designated apartment complexes. When a unit is available at a project-based location, Roseville Housing Authority will offer it to someone who is on the PBV waiting list. Participating households do not get to choose the unit in the PBV program, and the assistance is non-transferable.
