Lighthouse Counseling & Family Resource Center, with locations in Lincoln, Roseville, Rocklin, and Auburn, provides low-cost and no-cost counseling and family support services to Placer County residents.

Services are available in English and Spanish, and are open to all ages. 

Services include:

Counseling and Mental Health Services:

• Individual, couples, and family counseling
• Group therapy and peer support options
• Counseling available in English and Spanish
• Services for children, youth, and adults
• Eligibility limited to Placer County residents
• Insurance accepted includes Medi-Cal and Medi-Cal Managed Care (Partnership HealthPlan of California via Carelon)

Family Resource Center (FRC) Services:

• Case management and wellness planning for families in crisis
• Referrals from social workers, probation officers, or community organizations
• Educational workshops on financial literacy and employment readiness
• Basic needs support, including:
  • CalFresh and Medi-Cal enrollment
  • Diaper distribution and emergency food referrals
  • Car seat safety training and installation
  • WIC referrals
  • Back-to-school backpack distribution
