The City of Auburn does not currently have funding available for affordable housing programs. In the past, the City received funding from the State of California to operate both a First Time Home Buyer Down Payment Assistance Program and an Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program. Both programs are for qualifying, low-income applicants. Information about the most recent programs is provided below.

If you would like to be considered for either program should funding become available in the future, the City encourages you to complete the appropriate program interest form accessible from the City's Housing Programs web page.
