Placer County Adult System of Care (ASOC) provides California identification card (ID) vouchers/fee waivers for people who are receiving social services in Placer County.

The process involves:

• A client checking with their case manager/s about getting a voucher
• Upon receiving a voucher, clients then go to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to apply for an ID card

Additional Notes:

This program is for ID cards only. There is no voucher program for driver's licenses.
