AT-HOME COVID-19 TESTING GUIDANCE & HOW TO REPORT A POSITIVE TEST RESULT if desired

When to use a home test
  • Test the same day you plan to go to a gathering or visit a vulnerable family member, even if you have no symptoms
  • Test if you have any COVID-19 symptoms
  • Test 3 to 5 days after a known exposure to someone with COVID
  • Consider testing 3 to 5 days after a large gathering
 
What is in the box?
  • Each box has two tests with detailed instructions
  • Follow the test instructions exactly!
Understand you results
If the test is positive: Stay home from work or school and contact your doctor right away.
There are new treatments that you may be eligible to receive. Isolate for 10 days after the
day your symptoms started or 10 days after the date of your positive test. Isolate at home.
Wear a mask if you cannot isolate completely. You can find detailed guidance at

If the test results are not clear: Repeat the test or find a local testing site to retest. Make
sure you have a photo of your test. Testing is available for anyone, regardless of insurance
status. You must pre-register and schedule an appointment at
www.lhi.care/covidtesting
or 1-888-634-1123.
 
Optional: You may report a positive covid-19 test result on Primary.Health at https://my.primary.health/l/cdphcbootc You are not required to report your results. Primary.Health is a secure website that reports positive COVID test results to your local health department. Please do not use the iHealth app to report results.
