Placer County’s Business Advantage Network provides monthly legal clinics to help eligible individuals remove or dismiss past convictions from their criminal records.

Services are offered in partnership with Legal Services of Northern California.

Services include:

• Reviewal of records to determine eligibility for expungement or dismissal
• Assistance with documentation and court forms
• Guidance on outstanding fines, fees, or restitution
• Referrals to revenue recovery offices for verification of balances
