3/31/22 - Second COVID-19 Vaccine Booster doses are becoming available in the coming days. The MyTurn website is expected to be updated by April 6, 2022 for making advance appointments for second booster shots.

My Turn is a COVID-19 vaccine appointment scheduling system available online at or by calling 1-833-422-4255. Website tech issues can be reported at:

My Turn is available to:
  • Register individuals to be notified once they are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine
  • Schedule a COVID-19 vaccine for individuals at an available COVID-19 vaccine clinic in their county
  • Track those who have yet to receive a second vaccine dose (who need additional outreach)
For Registration
A mobile number is required for verification purposes. If you do not have a mobile phone you can call the CA COVID-19 hotline at 1-833-422-4255 for assistance (M-F 8AM-8PM, Sa-Su 8AM-5PM). After people are notified that they are eligible to make an appointment, they will be able to schedule one.

For Scheduling an Appointment
MyTurn can assist in scheduling appointments for those without internet access if:
  1. The vaccine clinics in that county are currently available on MyTurn
  2. Those who are scheduling an appointment meet criteria for receiving a COVID-19 vaccine in that county
  3. Those looking to schedule an appointment have access to a mobile device (i.e., cell phone) that can receive text messaging
Call 1-833-422-4255 to register as well as, to schedule a vaccine appointment.

The My Turn system will also automatically report vaccination information into state data systems. Providers will be required to either administer vaccines via the My Turn scheduling system or an electronic health record with an automatic data feed into the state’s system. This will reduce data lags and give us real time information on how we are doing at the local and statewide levels. Technology from California companies Salesforce and Skedulo are the foundation for My Turn.
