If you have an after-hours emergency, please call (530) 823-4850 and our answering service will relay your call to standby personnel who can assist you.

During COVID-19: 
PCWA states: "Due to financial challenges caused by COVID-19, PCWA is temporarily suspending water shutoffs for customers unable to pay their bill. If you are having trouble paying your bill please contact Customer Services at collections@pcwa.net."
