Tahoe Truckee Community Collaborative (CCTT) is a regional network of nonprofit organizations, public agencies, schools, and community partners working together to improve the health and well-being of families and individuals in the North Tahoe-Truckee area. CCTT coordinates cross-sector collaboration to address community needs, strengthen service delivery systems, and increase access to resources.
