Project GO owns and operates five affordable apartment communities in Placer County, two for low-income families and three low income for seniors.

Communities are:

• Newly constructed or substantially renovated
• Available to individuals and families at affordable rates, generally lower than the market rate Qualified residents are eligible under Section 42 guidelines which are based upon total household size and gross income.
