PRIDE Industries' youth services program helps youth with disabilities and those exiting foster care prepare for an independent adult life. These youth are often already at a disadvantage, and through this program, PRIDE provides individualized services and a mentoring relationship to help each individual address their unique educational and employment needs. Services include paid work experience, soft skills employment training, tutoring, employment placement assistance, and job coaching.

Eligibility Requirements

• Reside in Placer County
• Ages 17-21 years old and out-of-school
• Income eligible
• Face one or more qualifying hurdles such as drop-out, homeless, experience in foster care, disability, substance abuse, mental health, poor work history, or government assistance
