The Veterans Service Center, opened in March 2015, is equipped with a high speed internet café where veterans can build resumes, apply for jobs, and video chat with friends and family. PG&E championed the project recruiting many local and national companies to add additional support.
Many resources and referrals are also available from the center staff as well as information on other Volunteers of America Veterans programs.

Employment Services assists with job training, and placement for individuals and veterans.
- Subsidized Training and Employment Program - This is an employment readiness and placement program for CalWORKs eligible men and women, which subsidizes the client’s wages to the employer for a period of up to 6 months as well as offers job coaching and mentoring to the client during employment.
- Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program is a job training and placement program for eligible veterans. The program conducts extensive outreach to attract both clients and potential employers for job placement. The program is able to assist with the cost of training, equipment, and other job-related needs.
