The Older Adult Advisory Commission advises the Placer County Board of Supervisors and the Department of Health and Human Services on policies and programs that affect older adults.

The commission provides input on community planning, service delivery, and priorities related to aging and quality of life for seniors in Placer County.

Services include:

• Public meetings to discuss issues affecting older adults
• Policy and program recommendations to county leadership
• Opportunities for community engagement and feedback
• Support for healthy aging initiatives in Placer County

Meeting information:

• Schedule: Third Tuesday of each month, 1-3pm
• Locations alternate between:
  • Auburn HHS Center | 11434 B Avenue, Auburn, CA 95603
  • Granite Bay Library | 6475 Douglas Blvd, Granite Bay, CA 95746
