The Seniors First Information & Assistance Program is a resource for senior-focused programs, services and assistance. The program is designed to assist Placer County seniors age 60 and older get the resources and assistance they need to remain healthy and independent. They also welcome calls from family members, caregivers and other interested parties who are assisting seniors in getting the services they need.

Seniors First can provide information in multiple languages via a language translation service.

If you live outside of Placer County or do not meet their age criteria, they may be able to direct you to the agency or organization that can help you.

Seniors First provides a free information and assistance hotline for Placer County seniors and their families. Information and Assistance Specialists are available to take your call Mon– Fri from 8am. - 4:30pm. to connect you with programs and services in your area.

Seniors First Resource Guide
Seniors First also publishes a printed Placer County Resource Guide every two years. The guide includes listings for associations, businesses, nonprofits and government agencies that provide programs and services for local seniors and their families/caregivers.

The suggested donation for a Placer County Senior Resource Guide is $2.00. Donations help to defer the cost of compiling and printing the guide.
