The Teen Age Pregnancy & Parenting Program (TAPP) provides case management services, advocacy and support, resources and referrals, and other services to pregnant and parenting teens who live in Placer County.

The program's goals are to promote positive pregnancy outcomes and effective parenting, and to help young parents obtain social and economic independence.
